Lackluster care! Called five times with three different Evergreen phone numbers with not even an automated response. Just rings for life-saving prescription medicine that needs a doctor phone call not a Pharmacy phone call. Frustrating have a patient gets caught between two major entities in the healthcare system pharmacies and doctors. And yet we’re left to try to figure it out. !

Absolutely awful experience. We've been long time patients for over 10 years and were just treated like garbage. We booked over a month in advance, got everything confirmed, including an estimate on out of pocket costs. When we arrived for the appointment they cancelled it and told us we could not see our doctor. They did not assist us in anyway and were rude to us. They didn't try to help us and kept telling us to call the manager but also the manager wouldn't help us. They treated my wife like she was worth nothing. In the past, they also have over billed us and charged us for services we didn't ask for while we were very sick. They don't care for their patients. We will not be coming back and it is disheartening how we were treated.

Update 2/6: Contested this to no avail. Was told by the billing office that because the doctor answered a question within my physical examination that is why I was charged extra. Apparently you can't ask or answer any questions at this facility at all or you will be charged extra. Even if the doctor asks you a question do not respond or risk being billed. All I literally did was give a 30 second update on some other things I was being treated for and the doctor is the one who asked me the question! After all the physical is meant to assess your general health unless I'm mistaken? This place is ridiculous and the worst I've ever encountered which is saying something when it comes to medical care. Completely unacceptable billing practices at this facility and it honestly seems like it should be investigated. There are way too many of these reviews by all sorts of patients. I’ve been an Evergreen patient for over 10 years at their other facilities and have never seen anything like the billing here. I went in for a routine physical that lasted no more then 15 minutes and they billed my insurance for an office visit and a professional visit for a grand total of $610. In what world did

Beware, I will not go back. I went for my wellness visit and when the Dr. Asked if I had any other questions I said I do not want to ask anything where you will change me another fee during this routine wellness visit. I then asked if she thought I should get a colonoscopy at my age, it really isn't a concern to be addressed I was simply trying to ask if was time to do this. She then launched into an explanation that there are 3 options I could do and she was reciting them like out of a text book from memory and then she gave me a referral which I don't even need with my insurance. I was then billed $54 for that question. My rebuttal to dispute this charge was denied. I am so disappointed with this doctor and situation that I will never go back nor recommend this business. If I specifically say "don't let me ask anything that will result in a charge", then I would expect a doctor to say that question will be extra. I would then book another appointment and thoroughly discuss my questions about a colonoscopy. What a joke!!!

My recent visit to Evergreen Health ER was disappointing. A dirty bedsheet raised hygiene concerns, and unfriendly nurses made the experience worse. Improved cleanliness and a more welcoming staff are essential for a better patient experience.
